Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026.

This English translation is provided for convenience only; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose and publisher

These terms govern access to and use of the Kinkly app. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Kinkly is published by 33C, the trade name of the sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) Cyrille Varin (SIREN 790 610 653, RCS Pau). Full contact details are on the legal notice page.

2. Age and legality

The app is reserved for adults, meaning people aged 18 or the legal age of majority in force in your country. By using it, you declare that you meet the required age.

3. Use

You agree to use Kinkly responsibly, with respect for the consent and privacy of others. The data you enter is stored locally on your device, unless you turn on optional features such as account sync.

Kinkly is a tool for conversation, not medical or therapeutic advice. A compatibility shown in the app commits no one to anything: all that counts is what both people explicitly agree to, every single time.

4. In-app purchases

The app offers a single, non-renewing purchase that unlocks the full questionnaire. Payment is processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), which act as resellers and apply their own terms of sale and refund policies.

The purchase is tied to your platform account, not to your device: you can restore it free of charge from Settings → Restore purchases.

5. Contact

For any question about these terms: hello@33C.fr, or see the Support page.
