2. Data processed
Kinkly lets you enter intimate preferences and compare them with a partner. Your answers are saved on your device.
If you create an account, your answers are also backed up on our servers so you can get them back after switching phones. When you share via a code or QR code, your profile is temporarily uploaded to our servers, for thirty days at most, so that the other person can retrieve it.
No advertising profiling is carried out, and no data is ever sold.
3. What your partner sees
A comparison shows only a compatibility score and the list of what you have in common. Answers you disagree on are never shown. The detailed reveal only happens if both people agree to it.
4. Local storage
Your answers and settings stay on your device. You can erase them from Settings → Data, or by uninstalling the app.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) for optional sign-in, account backup and notifications. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google depending on your platform. These providers apply their own policies.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase the data concerning you. To exercise these rights: hello@33C.fr. See also the Account deletion page.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
